... once upon a time another church rode through a significant leadership transition and I was fortunate to be part of the solution. In hindsight, I've often wished that I had journaled, or 'blogged my way through those terribly tumultuous but exciting years. It would have been, at least, a record of what God did through a time of change, but even more so, a window into the thinking and searching and developing and clarifying and solidifying of vision and calling as a faith community.
... so I thought, why not now? why not give SBF a window into the admin-istry conversations and ideas and discussions and developments as SBF turns this corner into the future God has in store? It won't be for everyone, but it may help someone, and if so? I will be satisfied. So, read along with my experimental e-communication tool ... what I am calling the ... sbf observation deck.
